What is QNRT?
Quantum Neuro Reset Technique (QNRT®) helps release trapped stress from the brain, rebalancing brain lobes and improving communication between the brain and the body. Why is it so effective? Because the nervous system controls all bodily functions. When the nervous system is balanced, we can self-regulate and heal. When it’s out of balance, we can become stuck in a fight-or-flight response, releasing stress hormones that not only hinder healing but also cause further damage.
QNRT® is grounded in the principle that the brain and nervous system coordinate and control every function of the body. Any unresolved emotional stress—whether past or present—can negatively impact the nervous system, leading to physical, mental, and emotional breakdowns. Understanding this connection is fundamental to the effectiveness of QNRT®.
Most people have experienced some form of adverse emotional stress in their lives. QNRT® links common issues like insomnia, anxiety, fatigue, muscle soreness, and gastrointestinal problems to unresolved emotional stress. This highlights the powerful connection between the mind and body.
The principles behind QNRT® are supported by findings from the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) Study, which shows that children who experience specific emotional traumas are more likely to face a range of health and social challenges in adulthood. These issues can include chronic conditions like heart, liver, and respiratory problems, as well as mental health struggles such as anxiety, sadness, and anger. In addition, individuals may engage in high-risk behaviors, including substance abuse, alcoholism, and early sexual activity.
The body is not designed to endure prolonged, excessive stress. Over time, this emotional overload can deteriorate basic biological functions and reduce overall performance. According to QNRT®, restoring balance between the brain and nervous system is key to maintaining optimal health.
QNRT® focuses on three core areas during therapy:
Release – Identifying and releasing unresolved adverse emotional experiences that disrupt the brain-body connection.
Reprogram – Replacing maladaptive coping mechanisms formed from past emotional trauma, such as false beliefs, negative patterns, and unwanted core drivers.
Reset – Re-establishing proper neurological pathways throughout the body, allowing the individual to heal without interference.
